2013 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel 3-Pack

Our Zinfandel offering is big and full-bodied, yet elegant and structured, and decidedly NOT jammy. The wine has had time to mature and integrate in the barrel and is drinking phenomenally well right now - and should continue to - for another 5+ years.

We think this is an excellent pairing for pizza, pasta with red sauce and BBQ.  It has enough structure to be drunk on it's own but the balance to compliment a wide array of food.

Blend: 100% Zinfandel

Recommended Food Pairings: Roast and grilled beef, lamb, game and fowl; aged cheeses

Serving Temperature: 60-65°
